Redevelopment News
Dewey Beach Enterprises is proud to announce that construction of a new town center at Ruddertowne is under way. The Ruddertowne property includes land between Dickinson and Van Dyke Streets, from Coastal Highway to the Rehoboth Bay. Our redevelopment plans will include a full service resort hotel, luxury condos, family entertainment attractions, modern banquet facilities, restaurants, and retail businesses.
Your favorite Ruddertowne bars and restaurants will only get better. The new and improved Ruddertowne will be built in three phases over the next several years. The historic Lighthouse and the Lighthouse Restaurant will undergo only minor changes. The Cove, Que Pasa, BooksAndCoffee, and the Baycenter will undergo major improvements, but should be open for business every summer throughout construction.
Please follow our progress online and pardon our dust as we make these improvements. Thank you for your continued support and patronage. |
